§ 30-454. Clinging to other vehicles prohibited; violation as civil infraction. (6.13)

(a)

A person who rides on any bicycle, motorcycle, moped, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall not attach the same or such person to any vehicle on a roadway.

(b)

A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
