§ 30-333. Following fire apparatus prohibited; violation as civil infraction. (5.30)

(a)

The driver of any vehicle, other than an authorized emergency vehicle on official business, shall not follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than five hundred (500) feet and shall not drive or park such vehicle within five hundred (500) feet where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm.

(b)

A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
