§ 30-2. Adoption of Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963.

Latest version.

Pursuant to MCL 480.21 and MCL 117.3, the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963, Public Act No. 181 of 1963 (MCL 480.11 et seq.), including amendments, and the rules and regulations promulgated by the department of state police is hereby adopted by reference for enforcement as a duly adopted ordinance of the city.
